You didn't show how you connect the water tubing ?
I didn't get any locking connections.......so the water tubing can just fall out ?

Hi I have a similar setup except the water dispenser is on the inside of the fridge and the ice auto dispense into the freezer tray.
My issue is after the ice dispenses and calls for the water the motor just keeps running. Have you run into that issue?
