Hands down, Mario Kart DS has the best soundtrack of all Mario Kart games. Every course is so GROOVY! Now, that's not to say other Mario Kart music isn't good - but the DS version has such TIGHT basslines, the brass is wide & expressive, the melodies are catchy beyond belief - and this is just for a standard circuit course, no fancy-pantsy gimmicks!
I can't contain my excitement when I remix from Mario Kart, and especially from the DS version! Please enjoy yet another Mario Kart remix BANGER from yours truly! 🏎️🏁

Hahaha yeah seriously though; I'm _still_ shocked Nintendo even decided to make DLC for MK8D considering it had been out for so many years before the BCP! Wish to have seen a little less tour tracks & more from N64 or GCN, but I'll take it!
For being one of the few FEW tracks in mario kart DS, I could NEVER get tired of it.

The Mario Kart DS soundtrack is the BEST!! My favorite track in the game was always Airship Fortress and the music felt like I was going on an adventure!

I can't imagine they're gonna throw this game away anytime soon - to put this much effort into this game (practically releasing an entire new Mario Kart with an additional 48 courses) probably was not an easy task! It's gonna be tough to 1-up MK8D; they may sit on this game for another few years at this point, haha.
