Educators need to get it through their heads they are not educating their peers, but people who DO NOT KNOW about the subject being presented. Stop assuming people already know about the subject being taught. As an educator looking for educational materials for trainees it is the bane of my existence. If you want to sound technical and cool, fine, they have professional journals for that. Anyway, good try.
