This came up in my recommendations and just, WOW! That entryway is SICK. Your showmanship really made me connect with the home. I’m a proud owner of a newly developed 4 level townhome in the DMV so I’m always looking to see how other models are styled. My particular model comes in just a little over half the price of this one. Typically, in the DMV, a $900K model would include an elevator but I know nothing of the Dallas market. Great marketing video.

Just let me say first of all Dan you look fabulous in that suit.Dan the intro to this video was on fire you have turned heads with this one.This Townhome is fabulous and it’s in downtown Dallas 🙀🙀🙀The layout I love.I love that it’s and end unit.The lighting is lit.The furniture is a little Manly for me but with the right furniture the price is right and if I were to be moving to Dallas this would be one to consider.And if I should ever move to Dallas Dan yes you can have all of my business and put me in something fabulous 😻😻😻

Daniel, my friend: you know good and well ain't nobody walkin up all them steps at the end of a long, hard day at work! LOL I kept looking for one of those doors you opened to be the entrance to the elevator. When you got to the last level, I relized it wasn't gonna happen. Not a residence for the 40 and over club, but a beautiful offering nonetheless. It made me feel as though everyone selling a home should be a former five-star hotel employee. The home was esquisitely appointed. I couldn't fault it even if I wanted to and believe me, I didn't want to. I could live without an elevator and spend days on end on each level, but the view from the outside, I just couldn't abide. Having lived in a "concrete jungle" for the 6 years prior to moving to my current location five years ago, I couldn't give up green spaces again. If you can't tell already, I'm just now catching up on your most recent home tours from the last few days. I saved up all of my energy so that I could make it up to the fourth level with you. 😁😊

You'd go down Cesar Chavez towards downtown and take a left on Elm. 5-10 minutes by Uber or Bronco. It's about a thirty minute walk, but at Harwood you could hop on a bus to Record St.
Perfect size for me since I am single... Does it have a elevator.... since I have injuries and can't really go up and down stair without pain.
