- Hi! This is Hong Beomseok from No Easy Day gym.
Today's video is a VLOG!
Byeongseok, Seongwon and I competed in the Hyrox Taiwan, and Hojong from 'The Soldiers' came with us to film us!
It was a lot of fun and entertainment in Taiwan, and I am glad to show you guys my days with this wonderful bunch!
The VLOG is still being edited, so the rest of the day will be uploaded upcoming sunday!

대만은 커피 파는 카페가 한국처럼 많지 않아요ㅎㅎ 그 대신 차와 믹스한 다양한 음료가 아주 많고 맛있어요😋
그리고 건물 외관이 많이 낡아 보이는 건 날씨 기후와 관계가 있다고 하더라고요ㅎ
실제 안에 들어가면 겉모습 처럼 그렇지 않은 경우가 대부분이에요ㅎ
(오래전 대만 유학했던 경험과 수차례 여행 경험상으로 보니)
