For those who want to print with left border line, but not showing markups and deletions, here is what i found and helped me: Click the dialog launcher button in the Tracking group on the Review tab. Click the Advanced Options button. In the dialog box, specify "(none)" for "Insertions" and "Hidden" for "Deletions." Click OK twice.
You're my hero today! Have been trying to get this exact outcome for the past two hours.. Realized after your comment that it was just one minor change to the settings as I set them, and it printed exactly as I wanted! Thank you so much!
Copying data from a track changes file with the option "no mark up" selected results in clean data. again, the new file shows up. Take notes, then direct me what to do
Thank you so much I found it useful, still have question about word 2016. I removed all markups and saved as “No markup”. But when I open the file next time it’s showing track changes. How can totally delete them? I have to upload the file. Please, save me!
That's not a bug, that's a security feature. Word will always show you the tracked changes when the document is opened, because some users were hiding the fact that they were sending tracked documents to others. Unless and until you actually ACCEPT or REJECT the tracked changes and turn Track Changes off, you (and anyone you send the document to) will always see them when the document is opened.
Hi.i have a question please.i am opening my old files, and I am writing some things and when I wanna close the word it should gives suggestions that you wanna save the changes or not?
I am a teacher assistant. My professor just sent me a file that looks like this. Now I can print it properly, thank you.
This was the clearest instruction for my extremely colorful documents. Thank you.

Thanks a lot 😘
Thank you mam
very helpful. Thanks!
Is there a way to get rid of them so they do not show after they've been sent to others?
Short of accepting all changes before sending it out, no. You really can't control what's displayed on the other person's computer.
Thank you.
Thanks dear ....
Welcome 😊

Ooo, I found a solution for it. All I have to do was the acceptance of all changes
Still thank you so much 😊

If you haven't already saved the document, and you want to retain your changes, then, yes, save it when you exit.
@@DeborahSavadra just save, not save as and rename? Sharing in word will save changes correct
