Actually those decisions were correct. They have rights and you can't trample on those rights to get a conviction- which is what the prosecutor and judge did.
As I told my Italian friends who are use to their own kangaroo courts.
It's about due process. If due process is done correctly ALWAYS and protects a POS like HW, it will protect you and me.

So a technicality.
Lack of evidence is not merely a "technicality." They let other women accuse him of stuff and they tried to use that as evidence that he did it against other women that accused him of it. In other words, the "evidence" was, "Well, he was accused of this stuff in the past, so that must mean he really did it this time." That's *_not_* evidence.
