    Great content, thanks. I always thought Reels are what get you in front of new audiences, meaning on the discover / explore page?

      Appreciate it! And don’t get me wrong, reels are still very relevant and can get you in front of a lot of people. But we’re starting to see a shift to video carousels. Still 70/30 split of reels and carousels, though. - Aaron

    Could you do the same thing with Carousel in ads manager and still have it show up in feeds? Does it work as well?

    Hi Aaron- We have a new campaign BROAD/1 DCT/at $10/day running for 9 days now--- Our CTR is about 2.5% (decent?) and CPM is really high at $36 (apparel brand) BUT with no sales--- Is there something wrong? Do we need to turn OFF or is our daily spend too low to get enough data or traffic? CTR and creative seems OK.....

    Would love to hear you guys expound on Shopify plus with audiences at checkout options etc and say whether you think it’s worth it.

      @@Bitbranding 200k - clearly we don't hit the mark in terms of it paying for itself. In addition we only have one store front. They're offering us 3 months free, and saying Shopfiy Plus will go up to 2500 a month soon (I'm effectively getting 1833 a mo). Plus, they're throwing in upsell or another cart app for free.

      ​@@Bitbranding I thought I responded to this but I'm not seeing it. We're at about half what it would take for Shopify Plus to pay for itself because of the fee savings between 2.15 and our current advanced plan of 2.4. The sales rep for Shopify is saying we'll increase our AOV and our ads will get better ROAS because of Shopify Audiences and Custom cart options with trust badges and upsell features. They're offering us some incentives as well - Shop Pro is free with any plan, we get upsell for free, and 3 months free of Plus on a 36 mo contract. I guess I'm not really sure I buy it? Seems like a bit of a gamble at this point.
