As a person who has worn glasses my whole life, it hurts my soul when people touches the glass in their glasses with their fingers/nails 🙈 Btw, at least in the prescription glasses which protects you from the blue light, reflections in the glasses look blue to others than the one who wears them. Your glasses didn't seem to reflect light in blue 🤔
annashastar I never get my lenses coated in the anti-blue stuff, I think it looks silly personally, and now you can change the colour of most screens to not emit blue light.

My mom uses blue light glasses at work for the computer but also when driving at night. They help reduce the blinding light from the headlights coming the other way. I tried them and do agree that I see better with them on at night!

Since you don’t like coffee something to get from Starbucks is their refreshers(my favorite is the mango dragonfruit) they are so good! They are basically fruit teas! No coffee at all and I love them because they give you energy and I hat coffee toob

Girl I bought blue light filtering glasses as well, but from Warby Parker (I highly recommend them as well), because I go to an online college and I was getting HORRIBLE headache and eye strain from staring at my computer screen all the time. I definitely think they work for me....I have no other vision issues otherwise so I knew my headache and eye strain was coming from the computer screen and phone screen.

Okay, I looove this video but I need to clarify something. Blue lights are real not myth because lights and colors have different wavelengths. Blue light is not necessarily bad for the eyes, it just makes us more awake/not sleepy. Like using white bulb for study room is better than using the warm/yellow color bulb because you’ll be more focus with it and be less sleepy.
