Sadhguru, just trying to explain Adwait Vedant without offending the people of faith! Obviously, I am not considering those political correctness, I come straight to the point and logic of it, no intention to hurt anyone's feelings 🙏!
Let's first discuss the Creator concept, even Sadhguru's point is clear that concept of Creator or GOD emerges out because of our perception of the Existence (i.e 'Creation')! That makes clear about the basis of concept of Creator.
So, the biggest argument given in favour of creator, "how come so much sophisticated existence be without being created by an intelligent creator?" Now point is, "The creator of that much sophisticated existence is bound to be Himself even more intelligent and sophisticated, so who created the creator then, again creator of creator even more sophisticated, so again who created Him and this will form a non ending series!" Now if you say, "Nobody created Creator, He is onto Himself", then you destroyed your initial basic argument of Existence being not possible without being created, "if even more sophisticated creator can be on His own without being Created, then why can't even lesser sophisticated Existence can be on it's own without being Created."
Hence, the concept of Creator is a limited concept. And along with that the theory of Intelligent design is also based on limited understanding and hence not true!

It isn't like we are not "intelligent enough". Intellect and knowledge are the wrong faculties to experience it ... take "love" for example. You can't fit it within logic. But you can experience it.
God is formless and genderless... But God can also assume forms when He/She happens to come to earth in various avatars. Shakti and Shiva are embodiments of God who has assumed human forms to allow us to identify and relate easily with God, as it is easier to relate to and practice devotion (bhakti) to the divine through the form aspect rather than the formless aspect. But Sadhguru's assertion that there are 36 million gods and goddesses is not corroborated in Hindu scriptures. The 33 crore devi devtas are demigods who have dominion over various realms and dimensions of nature. But the avatars which God chose to appear when He (most commonly referred as male gender mainly because the father is seen as the head in many cultures) descended on earth for the purpose of destroying evil and increasing righteousness , those divine forms are few and can be counted on fingers, and the primary ones being just 5 or 6.

There is lot of difference between Paramathma , Devi , Devas, Asuras , God , Dieties , Kula Daiva, Village Devta , Ishta Devta , Ishwar , Avatar Etc ... Problem with Non Hindus especially westerns is that they put all these categories in the basket of GOD ... Hindus can't define God because It's a Dimention which can only be Experienced... 🙏🙏🙏

We can see creation all around , life is not chance , its rather a organised course of action . Creation is automated process . GOD doesn't interfere with automated process. Its the sign that GOD is unique.

In Vedic veda says that God is everywhere in every body and has a godly part that is called as atma (soul) . The purest thing in every body is atma . Atma is godly things present in every living thing. If some one wants to be god then he knows about his soul . But there are 5 types of soul present in the human body. Many humans begin to feel only jivatma (jiv soul) in dream or unconsciously. Atma is a smaller things who knows about atama he is god and he can communicate with the environment, air ,fire, earth, sky,water and can control them . Every body is paramatma swaroop means everybody has godly things . And is there any god present Yes God is present in every where they live in a higher dimension. If you want to feel godly power visit kailash. Every dimension has one tatwa decrease. Our body is made of earth water,fire,air , and sky .when you go upper dimension one tatwa decreases first tatwa is earth . So you can't see them like ghosts you can feel them because they are higher dimension then us . There are 41 dimension and we only know about 6 like x y z mass space time . But we don't know about space and time bending.

@@spiritualreactions ya Vedic literature say narayana live in 41 dimension. You know about 7 chakras in our body . When you open the first chakra means mula chakra then you feel the jiv atma . Jiva atama is the first soul bigger from other soul . That jiv atma going to hell and birth cycle. Under jiv atama there are 4 atma when you open 7 chakras then you can feel your soul. But after 7 chakra open you can control many things like death but after 7 chakra open you can't say about the last stage of soul. When someone help you to know about your soul then you become a god . Who helping you to know about your soul that is a higher thing than god that is called in Vedic literature param brahma. Param bramha is a point of how it looks like nobody knows about it . But hindu believe in avatars who connect with parambramha . They know how it looks like and how it's made . In Vedic scriptures it says that it's a point . When the universe is generated it comes from it . After the universe destroys it's a point. So come to conclusions god is similar to no-matter . No-matter can't be generated nor be created it's present. You can think black hole which one taking everything and become a point . There is a no-matter also which take everything and become a point .😂 It's not simple to understand

I actually don't really like the term God because I think it holds too many connotations to the "scriptural god" as you call it. The term you use Pure Consciousness is more fitting in my opinion. In fact, I find what he says confirms what I feel rather than confuses me...maybe that didn't come across in the video. But I have spent my whole life being guided in this way of thinking of God.

Let me point out that Sadhguru here is addressing people who do not believe in God... the Sanatanis have no such confusion. Even Sadhguru is a worshipper of Shiva

Go inside yourself to find god. Dont try to find it in the skies and space or some other dimension or in future or past. When you look inside for guidance, whatever you see, you pray to that, you may create an idol, you may just visualize or you may just call it with a name that you have given it. That is how we sanatanis have so many gods.
God a creation that came out of desperation to find a way or to have hope when there is no light. You cannot say this god is the only truth. Because different people travel the darkness differently. But the end goal is to find the light which is one.

According to the Vedas,
God is formless, omnipresent, omniscient, kind, just. He didn't created this worled and it's people's(according to Vedas God, souls, most fundamental particles of nature are eternal).
He created karma fal sidhant (action reaction). He never forgives even how much you pray him. So if anyone does sins it wouldn't be forgiven until punishment(not hell, because hell or heaven doesn't exist according to Vedas).
Ps:god won't forgive you for your sins even if you follow vedas. Punishment is same for everyone.
As for what is the sin:love and compassion for not only humans (which is now a concept of mainstream humanism) but also for other things like animals etc. (anything which goes against this is sin)
And most important point here is this that Vedas promote logical thinking, anything which doesn't synk with logic should not be followed.vedas promote knowledge enhancing there are many verses which say enhancs your knowledge.
Vedas treat man and woman equally

That is a very good question, and for sure two separate things. I would say, if I'm being honest, probably just learning about it right now. Although reading the book by Michael Singer 'Untethered Soul' he describes navigating life in the seat of consciousness/pure awareness as the true spiritual path. I guess understanding consciousness and our relationship to it. I thought that was an interesting perspective that I can relate to. So many seem to get caught in "being a spiritual person" to mean, they mediate and buy crystals 😄. I read once a buddhist describe it as Spiritual Materialism that we have to cut through to get to the true meaning of living a spiritual life. Anyway, I am waffling now. Maybe that makes no sense!

Hi there..u seem to have just scratched the surface...see Osho videos on god and awareness...u will be zapped...and understand this more clearly. One thing but u might get addicted to Osho intially ..but later on when u understand his message there might be sweetness in your heart and love in ur eyes. Osho is like SUN...before all these masters..cheers.

Yes not his words but the message/gaps between ..the silence has transferred. Its like a secret which is revealed without even contact. You can also have this experience..if u just read his books...not analyze or ponder....just read . In India we have learning system..where u read the scriptures again and again..only then the real message is transferred.

We believe god is an energy (shakthi probably women ) which can take into many forms like a energy transmission from universe into many celestial bodies like stars and planets and so on.
energy transmit from sun to planets (earth like bodies ) that energy reach into many living and non living organism through many ways,
Example:
Plants synthesis food and provide fruits by taking energy from sun, water from earth co2 from air means energy transmitted in to fruite, we consume that fruite where we get energy thats the reason why we say god presents everywhere even within you.
Everything that existed in this universe are within the 5+1 elements aksha(either), air, fire, earth like material water +plasma, our body also created with this elements if we die our body dissolves into this same elements, energy(soul) transmits from our body into another form like elements or those whoever consumes our body like , animals, micro organisms , or even plants take our energy from earth and produce fruits many birds or animals consumes that fruit so our energy transmits from earth to plant to fruit to bird or any matter, this is known as cycle of rebirth, means human energy may take a form of bird or animal or any plant vice versa, its a huge topic to understand.
This is my openion on janma and punarjanma (cycle of rebirth) where energy neither created nor destroyed but transfer from one from into another from

Yes, I think it's great the way Sadhguru does that. I've noticed most of these spiritual teachers will never give you a direct answer, but instead leave you with more questions 😄. Luckily, I don't think my upbringing lead me down the path of athiest/theist, but to indeed seek the spiritual journey (not a great way to put it, but it's hard to find the words)
