Mark, Really enjoy these videos. I can not believe that I see and watch logs get turned into planks, and then I realize that I am watching the story of the USA. The abundance of trees in America led to the need for sawmills, towns to support the workers, and, eventually, industries that used the lumber to build this incredible country. Your videos demonstrate supply-side economics at its best. The variety of logs, types, and their uses demonstrate how an economy uses resources and people to better everyone. Thank you.

Hi Mark. Beautiful oak lumber. The 2nd log was severely damaged. I agree. The "clickaty & clackaty" of the last cut on log #2 is " nerve wracking." The 3rd was the best log. Sounds. Like either something is coming loose, or a bearing is going. You can hear it when you move the deck back and forth.
Nasty looking logs with some real dangerous issues. The micro-cracks are one thing, but the shake damage that reared it's ugly head was a most definite accident looking for a place to happen.

Half pat five in the morning that’s good boarding for trailer decking , well I did go back couple of nights ago to see how brave them little shits are widow women said she’d give me a hand I put some rope trips out and she put some white makeup on her face , I had the three big dogs mamutes she stood up from a bush and screamed made the hairs on my neck stand up the dogs started howling and they took off , falling over the trips running into trees running through bushes were a rabbit wouldnt go it was funny watching them run and panic police were called they can’t do anything I picked the trips up couple of the fathers are in the funny hand shake club , I got a visit from the Sargent last night he said there was no evidence who was responsible but if it ever happened again there would be trouble , so I told him you shouldn’t damage other peoples property he agreed to that but said his hands were tied yes men with funny hand shakes wearing aprons we all know about them , so I asked him if he knew how ghosts make love he didn’t so I told him they put the willies up each other he laughed at that ,, anyway you guys have a nice day

I watched this video, and I have many questions. Mainly, 'How did these guys obtain control of a sawmill?' and 'Why has no one tried to stop them?'
Just to clarify, I'm not sure my friends and I could do any better. In fact, I'm sure it would be a hot mess. To our credit, however, we have not attempted to impersonate sawyers, specifically for that reason. Some things are better left to professionals.
Who died and made you in charge of anything? They have been at this for over 30+ years. Don't judge until you watch more of the older videos or judge by some asinine preconceptions.
