I just received these shoes and I also am experiencing a pain on my right ankle that it pinches a little. Did that go away when you broke them in? I'm not sure if I want to risk wearing them on the court. If I do I won't be able to return them
it took awhile for that pinch to go away honestly. I was playing around 10 hours a week and I got accustomed to that pinch by the 2nd week so I didn’t feel it anymore.I kept them bc I knew they were a great pair of shoes performance wise and were aesthetically pleasing. You can try going up half a size or even a full size to rid of that pinch, or just wait like I did until your ankle is accustomed to it
Thanks for the response, this is not the news I was hoping for. I would have thought it went away after the shoes we're broken in. If I go up a half size I think they will be too big. I might have to return them and go with a different shoe maker or style of Nike.
