Thank you so much dear ❤ I know the process can take sometime but hang in there, i was there and i know how it feels to wait. so for job search try using trac job for your applications and indeed. CV I did it myself , maybe i would advise you keep changing your supporting statement every other time depending with the job you are applying. Otherwise all the best, trust me you will be here sooner than you can imagine keep pushing on.
It isn't easy in the UK - especially working for the NHS. Advice to you is save as much as you can and buy land in your homeland and build. The NHS will drain you dead. Do as much bank work whilst you can to get the extra cash but don't rely on the UK and build a life here as stress is the number one killer.
