You forgot that this season L8 Fugitive also has Metal element along with Earth, so on the 364m dmg attempt, Lazarbeam had both Metal and Earth hater and that's why he was able to do that massive amount of damage

Man gains a lot more out of making money from videos than keeping strats to himself for a game. He can just invest the money into his ml acc from his videos which I would say is much more helpful.

PVP- 3 level 10 runes when you get L1
Grand Duels-Save up to 60 tickets,spend them until you get 5 victories and start saving up to 60 ticketd again.That gives you 1 level 10 rune
Rune Ancient Chest-It costs 325 gems and you need the marathon key for it
Team shop-The amount you'll get depends on your team
Book rewards-Make sure to rank up though
Overall,you should be able to get at least 5 level 10 runes consistently every single month.
