In this episode, I talk about Peace Of Mind.
Peace of mind is a precious thing, particularly in times of extreme change. When you attain peace of mind, everything you do has positive energy behind it, because you're not allowing external circumstances to influence your internal state. Peace of mind just makes life easier. You are able to deal with problems and challenges much more easily, and when you come across a setback or a failure, you can put it in perspective and see a way forward rather than getting all worked up about it.

This was wow. It opened my eyes to the “foundation season”.. I have been praying and working for the final touches and I feel like I am going no where. Recently surrendered my life to God and told Him to lead me and impact me with wisdom. Now here is a manifestation of the spirit of wisdom I specifically prayed for.
What really stood out to me is the foundation season, I haven’t built a foundation around my life, finances, what I eat, people I relate with but some how I want to be blessed in all aspects on a higher level. Now I realize I have to first build my foundation in my discipline, consistency, understanding finances, learning and truly understanding what love is, if not I won’t be able to accept blessings that are already placed in my life by God. And I need to recognize and appreciate the season I am in, no matter how small it might seem, it is one of the most important seasons of my life ❤.

I’ve noticed the “rhythm" throughout my upbringing… some religious folks call it seasons. E.g. August-Sept there’s a specific mode I may get tuned in. If I’m not in tune in that period, theres some anxiety that develops until the “I got it” moment. So monitoring your state of awareness psychologically and spiritually is key.
Sustaining peace of mind is critical . Be genuinely happy for others; Be ready to receive what you are wishing for. Great piece 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I respect vusi and have listened to him for a while now but this message is a little off. If everyone who has a bit of a down "surrendered " then a lot of the top companies we know right now wouldn't be in existence. An example off my head is Toyota, last year they sold more cars in the US than GM but if they followed this advice at some point in existence when nothing was going their way we wouldn't have this titan we have right now.
