That car was the best looking car I’ve had, but not quarter mile fast, like the ‘66 Mustang I put a lot of personal effort into. Had a fun 70 MGB. My best car was a 2009 Toyota Corolla. Drove it to 399K miles. Only oil changes, couple batteries, & brakes. Routine maintenance. Always started. Parked outdoors in Midwest. Temps to -20*F. Not a spot of rust. But too many check engine codes went on eventually. In 2014. State I lived in only gave 1 month extension on license plates. Even in that condition, I donated car for income tax write off. Got $1800 write off. Had cherry ‘70 Chevelle. 350, 4bbl, turbo 350 auto. Standard rear end. Live in Midwest. Drove it everywhere. Florida, New Orleans, Canada, out West. Was stolen in Chicago in ‘86. I had kill switch, hidden chain clamping hood, chain on steering wheel. Must’ve been towed.
that's the most polite way to tell someone off 😅💀
Damn Christian Bale is such a good actor...another one of his great performance..👏👏👏
Ken Miles never said that,he actually love the Mustang and Leo Bebe in real life always helped Shelby and Miles.
He was a good guy.
Interesting, I didn't know that, or much about any of it other than Shelby, of course. It made for a great movie, but a shame he was made a "bad guy" if he wasn't.
How on earth could you possibly know he never said that?
@@smgdfcmfah Did you ever heard of books ?
It's an ancient thing made out of paper.
A good father would never allow his kid putting fingerprints on a showroom car.
@@peter455sd oooh... burn! 🔥🔥🔥
Backhand volley smashed over the net.

I miss my 69 Chevelle SS! I never should have sold it before going in the military.
If you were lucky enough to own a 69,you should have married her, and bury it with you when the time comes brother....
Unfortunately, well being of our family, homes monthly payments /mortgages, food, electricity, etc etc... are more important for your loved ones, and thus, to be forced to sell it... I understand you perfectly brother and i really feel your sadness....
Maybe one day.... Who knows.
All the best
With the LS4
Nah the way he looked at him, I can't😭🤣
Amazing movie. I just love the way he talks
For a racer maybe terrible but for the daily driver perfect car I had on loved it
Over a million were sold in the first two model years. No other vehicle today comes close.
This is one of the greatest scenes of all times!
No it isnt
lol
@@paladin1726 for you it isn't, for me it is. Get over it. Bye.
@@mrperfecttt001007 what's so funny mister perfect?

"Lenny" lol!!!!! I didn't even recognise Christian Bale - what an actor!
Both of their voices are incredible.
Great actor Mr. Bale is~💜
I LOVED this film. To see Christian Bale act is simply incredible how he transforms himself completely into a character, a real person. He adopted such real, British mannerisms, the way he moves, his facial expressions are so very real. He had me so hooked I actually cried at the end. Brilliant film.
Probably because Christian Bale IS British........Welsh to be exact, but still British!
Perfect Welsh accent from a perfect Welsh actor. No matter what role he performs, he’s always solid.
@@charlablevins474that doesn't sound like his character is using a Welsh accent.
@charlablevins474 that's not a Welsh accent. He's portraying someone from the Birmingham area, the accent he is doing in this clip is Brummy
Adopted real British mannerisms....hahahahaha. yeah funny that. Talk about Amercancentric.
Now that's a roast! Holy sh!t!
Best actor of new generation
He wasn't wrong.
The Mustang really looked spectacular when it was launched, especially the fastback.
As a kid I loved my white Corgi Toys Mustang.
The car was a success of real great marketing that Ford repeated a few years later with the Capri in Europe.
❤ I owned 2 capris one was new don't handle well at speed or in snow/ice, don't grip the road. It was attractive show stopper. Marie from the UK 🇬🇧❤️🏴. Before anyone says anything, I'm an excellent driver
Name of the movie
@@lornafernandez1878 in America it is called Ford versus Ferrari in Europe it is called Le Mans 66
First time I saw it was at the 1964 New York world's fair.
FORD pavilion of course.
@@Flussig1 that is actually mentioned in Lee Iacocca's biograph, they put some Mustangs in a corral with fences and some bails of hay.
The first time I saw a Mustang it was at a haulage company the car just arrived here in Holland, it was beige gold metallic with white interior and green tinted windows, it made a big impression on an 8 year old kid.
It was the fastback model.
I actually cried at the end of this movie, tried to fight it but it got me, I guess car movies are my weakness!
Classic movie! Christian Bale pulls no punches. No filter either! Truly ballsy and tells it like it is.
Leo played by Josh Lucas
It was written in the script. 🙄😳
Bale spoke the words the way they were written in the script. It is a movie. Bale was acting.
Love this clip
