Laurent Rivemales - Thank you for your question. The Nord is a very fine instrument. I hope to procure one one of these days :) I own a Hammond XK2. The interface that I use for that is the Leslie 1122 to connect it to my Leslie 122 Speaker. You might contact the Nord company. I am sure they can give you their recommendation for an interface for your instrument. Thanks again for your question.
This video includes a 5 to 6 pin cable Joel. Do you have a specific question for me? The 5 pin cable that I am talking about and that I show in this video is a 5 to 6 pin cable. Thank you so much for your note.
I am out of town and don't have my notes with me right now but I believe the Black, Red and Grey are 20 gauge @ 600 volt and the Blue and Yellow are 18 Gauge @ 400 volt. I will look at this once I get back to my shop to see if this is correct. Thanks for your question.
Hi Dr Kemp, what is the difference between the 5 and 6 pin cables? Are they use for the same application? if yes, whats the reason for using a 5 pin over the 6 pin? Thanks!
Thank you so much for your question Quebecgold80. The Leslie amplifier makes the difference. The Leslie 147 requires that you use all 6 of the wires in a 6 pin cable. However, the Leslie 122 only uses 5 wires and therefore, you can use a 5 pin cable connected to the organ and 6 pin end going to the amplifier because there will be a 6 pin plug on that. They are referred to in the literature as 5 pinouts and 6 pinouts. Very Excellent Question!!
The Leslie 122 only needs 5 pins connected to the organ but you can wire the organ and use a six pin cable as well. But the Leslie 122 uses a 5 pinout system. However, you still use a six pin female end going to the Leslie amplifier. On the other hand - you must use a 6 to 6 pin cable for a 147 because you will use all six connections going to the organ as well as connecting to the Leslie 147 amplifier.
Oh no Cubit - it is very easy to do. Be sure to unplug the organ first. Don't just cut it off but unplug the organ from the wall. Please watch my video on the Hammond organ Starter Switch. Remember that high voltage can kill. So any work that is done by you is at your own risk. Thanks for your question.
That is a good question to ask on the Hammond Organ Technician and Leslie Speaker Technician Network on Facebook. There are great techs there that can respond to your questions.

What gauge are the conductors on a 5/6 pins Leslie 122 cable? And what voltage runs thru each one of the conductors? Very good videos, Doctor.!!
