She used to suffer from frequent back and waist pain and had to rely on regular massages for relief. However, ever since she started practicing this exercise, she no longer needed to visit massage parlors. I also experienced severe lower back pain, especially when standing for long periods-it felt as if my back was breaking. So, I decided to give it a try. Amazingly, ever since I started practicing, my lower back hasn’t hurt at all, even after standing for a long time. Another surprising benefit is that I used to have severe breast pain before my period, which would last for over ten days. But now, ever since I began practicing this, the pain is completely gone. By the way, in China, if you have issues with your muscles or joints, traditional Chinese medicine practitioners often recommend practicing this type of exercise. I find it truly incredible. I never believed in such things before, but now I’m convinced.
