DON"T DO THIS; It is not correct. The focus on this camera on the ground glass is no longer in registration with the film plane. You have changed the focus point on the ground glass by installing the fresnel and then the shims and THEN the ground glass. There is no need to unscrew the retainer/remove the ground glass. The ground glass should be left in its original position (shims in place) and the fresnel should be mounted on top of it using the two little clips to hold it; that's what those clips are for. If the camera doesn't have them. spring loaded clips are available which make it even easier to install/remove the fresnel.
If you want to install a Fresnel on the lens side of the ground glass the fresnel has to be the same thickness as the shims and the shims are then omitted.

I even guess that it's not an original Linhof glass. Original glasses are marked Linhof
