    I've been doing the deep breathing in the morning throughout the day and at bedtime for over 15 years now. It has benefited me immensely. Thank you for suggesting this to people.
    It's like a "refresher course" for me to watch your videos !

    Thank you so much for this info I'm going to corporate it because I need it. Been having some neck pain and was wondering will chiropractic work help with stress and tension. also can neck pain cause headaches. thank you again doctor.
