Hi Chef. Thank you very much Chef for sharing this recipe. This is one of my favourite food. I never learnt to cook it because kuah kacang takes long to cook this recipe is fab. Now the price of rojak is almost RM8 and to sweet to eat so much sugar. Now i made my own tasty cucur udang with kuah kacang and rojak style with sengkuang, cucumber, tauhu and boiled egg save so much money and taste heavenly. God bless you Chef is all i can say.
Buatlah Resepi mee rebus mamak, pasembur tepung kelapa tepung sayur penang daging masak hitan n kimma dengan sukatan n timbangan bahan2 agar tidak lari rasa setiao kali masaj dirumah..
