1. They might be from another universe/dimension, hence the BiniVerse... 2. Blooms always say you are never late you are just in the right time 3. They are not yet popular during this MV because, people in PH are still in those years of Backstreet boys, Westlife, black pink, BTS era... Where if they formed a PPop group is more like a copycat wannabe to them, MNL48 , SB19 and other PPop groups were still struggling during those years, until BINI Pantropiko changed that, by now they are very supportive and acceptable for this kind of subgenre

you're asking why Jhoanna receives different crown, because she's the leader.
From what I've gathered, Their whole story line is the 'BINIverse' something similar to the 'multiverse' story line with Marvel/DC where there are different versions of themselves with different environments, but ultimately having the same goal. Them looking in the sky seeing those different planets/elements is the representation of their beginning of exploring the 'BINIverse' and showing us their different sides and vibe. It ultimately culminates to the end goal of their concert series 'BINIverse first solo concert' and 'Grand BINIverse' happening this Nov. It really fit their journey especially since they were exploring what kind of sound BINI is really doing, which is why they have so many genres they touched upon during their journey/MV's. So their MV's will usually have clues towards the next song which became fun for Blooms to figure out and theory craft.
But I do agree that the edgier songs they had I wish they'd revisit in their upcoming albums/songs cause I think they pull it off so well. I'd also love to see some softer, more Ballad type songs as we all know, they can SING and they'd definitely kill it!
BINI has no bad songs, even TCN is still catchy, an acquired taste if you may say.

BORN TO WIN is the start of the BINIVERSE, at the end part they were staring at the Universe to conquer, universe of different kind of POP Music^^, i guess they are trying to conquer POP Music on each universe, like Disco Pop, Pop Rock, Pop Ballad, &Etc^^. Different kinds of POP Genre. That is why they have different kinds of Music MV and Vibe/Sounds.
as a late bloom I almost did the same thing where I watched their newer songs and MVs first before really diving into the rabbit hole and finding the gems like Born to Win which is their debut song which they were going for a more edgy look and feel. They released so many songs and genres so when we tackle their discography it seems they are sampling all different genres and sounds but I got to say I love it.
Some of their earlier MVs did have endings showing each member and I love it as a late Bloom as it made it easier to distinguish them, Then I love the Wish bus as it helped identify the vocals especially if you are new and haven't been able to distinguish their vocal colors yet.

In those years, BINI was trying to find the music Genre that suited them, and you're right in the documentary, they said that they already found that Genre which is "Bubblegum Pop". And every music video they release, more of it is connected to each other. It's like they are traveling to a different planet/places and call it "BINIVerse", short for "BINI's Universe".
This is just my opinion but it think the story behind the MVs is basically them showing different version of them like in Marvel Multiverse. Every versions (universe) shows different sides of BINi leading to up to there Concert "BINIVERSE". Again just my opinion 😅😅

Born To Win was the first video where BINI hired YouMeUs MNL who specialize in music videos. They did nearly all BINI videos afterwards and also nearly all SB19 videos since WYAT. They excel at finding real locations: a quarry for Born To Win, a mine for Gento, a retro diner for WYAT, a new bridge for Golden Arrow, a San Francisco styled housing estate for Cherry On Top or a beach resort for Pantropiko.

Lol I literally just watched your reaction on Patreon for Chapter One: Born to Win. Their MVs are actually all connected. In Colet's rap part in Golden Arrow, when she says the line, "Born to Win" -- it shows the eye thing on her too. In my understanding, I think the lore is just BINI presenting us with their universe -- that's why they called their concert BINIverse (BINI's universe), they're just want to showcase what they're all about or what they have to offer (music, art, fashion, etc). I think Jhoanna explained it best in her monologue in their BINIverse concert, I just don't have the entire thing memorized.
