lol, It's one of UA-cam's biggest mysteries isn't it? "Who is this and why are they in my Suggested?". I agree that it's sad how the game is basically dead, but as long as there's still people playing, it will never truly die! =D
The biggest shame of this game to be honest for Ubisoft is not making this into a gamemode instead they want to profit the one idea they had. it wasn’t the right decision which was predictable it is a one good idea the rest isn’t and is just scumbag move
i worked on the game and honestly thought if they actually made it on a new engine and added a bit more to the game to keep it alive, it would've still worked. All of our suggestions were discarded
@@keshaviyer5627 Personally my opinion stands on What I said. If it was a Left 4 Dead game it would make sense but it wasn’t the IP is R6 Siege so it doesn’t make sense given the identity it has Although thanks for the insight regardless
I agree that future updates don't seem likely, but at least it's still plenty of fun! There are also quite a handful of others still playing this game as well, as anytime I decide to join a quick play match, it still manages to give me a full team! (Although it may take a few minutes...)
I too lost contact with some great friends, but it's ok. I believe that they are doing their best wherever they are, and we of course still have our memories! =)
funny story, the game actually started off with the name 'Quarantine' and then irl quarantine happened so they changed it to 'Parasite' and then released it as 'Extraction'
Man I loved playing this the first year it was out, all the events and stuff. Then it got taken off gamepass and I stopped playing for maybe half a year then I purchased it directly on ubisoft for like 15 dollars but by then it was pretty much dead. Good times, wish ubisoft did more with this.
Shame all this is forgotten by majority. Or having bad memories. Looks good on paper. Definetly would miss all those assets. Nice work on that solo run mate.
Is the game worth it in 2024? I liked the game when it was on Game Pass, but I'm not sure if I should buy it due to the current situation with Ubisoft and I'm worried that they might shut down the servers soon
It not worth it, just spend your money else where. This good game but my counter argument is that this game dying and there high chance it will be out services
@@Solaris4512 Unfortunately I have to agree. Unless you can enjoy the game with friends or by yourself, it may not be worth it... I know that if you have the "Extra" edition of PlayStation Plus, you'll get to play this game and a lot of other Ubisoft titles at no additional cost though!
Seeing that it's a Ubisoft game, you could probably pick it up for 3 bucks and a half-eaten hot dog during a sale. Even if it isn't worth it in the end, it won't leave much of an impact on your wallet.
wow, i played this on closed beta, totally forgot it's still exist Lol, already report it will be hard for new player to learn and adapt if not familiar with R6 Siege, and i still don't get it after play for some round xD
Yes, I can agree. I played R6 Extraction before R6 Siege and it was quite the experience getting used to playing this game...😅 I am very glad to have played it though as it has been so much fun!
Playing this game solo isn’t fun for me because of how they manage difficulty. The less players in a game, the less enemies and nests there’ll be. I played the game tons when there were 4 players in a team because at least it was at somewhat challenging. Used to play maelstrom every week but there’s no one playing this game anymore so my interest died down. A game needs to be fun and challenging to keep me invested and thus game’s fun requires 4 players in a team
