Just seen more context from Donut Operator - dude was about to be under investigation for having SAd the 7 year old daughter (kid told a teacher and mum) - after a day of arguments dude took mum hostage. Another older daughter made a 911 call claiming her mum had called her and stated the step-dad was going to kill her. After the incident mum told police, if you had been minutes later I would be dead. The two heard something outside the door, which is why it was opened, but seeing police he pulled her back and slammed the door, running for his gun. The dude hid behind the kitchen pillar and pulled a gun out from his leather shoulder bag as police entered. Slow down the footage and you see this. He pointed it at officers momentarily. He was shot 3 times, but still had his hand on the gun as he knelt on the kitchen floor ..in comes the officer with the breaching shotgun, leans over the partition and eliminates the threat to protect the victim pinned in the corner of the kitchen. The “oh shit!” comment was shock on seeing Lopez-Lopez’s head explode. Understandable. Excellent job by officers.
That “OH SHIT” kind of sounded like the kind of like the OH SHIT someone would say when they just shot someone in their head… Definitely a bad day for everyone involved…
This isn't my comment, but it sums up the situation. the wife had a fight with the husband, texted her daughter to call police, the police came and executed the husband no questions asked... And the "Oh shit" was because the 4th guy in blew the guys head to pieces with a breaching shotgun... Sparks pd found themselves having done nothing wrong over 2 years ago and declined to release this footage 3 years after the incident...
Dude had a gun and had been threatening to murder his wife. Shots fired in a crammed close quarters scenario. Dude with the shotgun had only just rounded the corner. The only thing he understands when being the third to fourth person in there are that shots have been fired. He sees the suspect with a gun in his hand, and pulls the trigger immediately. Real life hostage interventions are not some turn-based strategy game where you can sit there and stare at your cards, and think about your decisions for a minute. Learn that before opening your fucking mouth.
I don't care. That pos is a sex predator, he lost his right to live. Get out of your bubble and worry about the innocent and not the people who victimize the innocent. I'd like to keep Sparks Sparks and not transition it to LA plz.

Most jobs have rules that are silly that I bet you don’t follow. Dress codes, not going on your cell phone, ect. Go read your company handbook, I bet you don’t follow every rule they have 😂
shameful. 30 minutes of silence, there was no problem and you guys walk in and execute a guy, and then claim he was armed because a pistol was in a bag nearby...
@@lv.99mastermind45 there's no evidence to support that their actually was any sort of hostage scenario besides a 3rd party who was not present receiving a text and then calling police... She opened the door to go outside on camera and she was able to leave if she wanted.

Could you please tell me which hand you saw him using to hold the gun? I've watched it several times but I can't be sure. Can you give me a hint?

Probably hasn’t actually seen what happens to a head at such close quarters ..gotta be a shock.
Good day for decent people, bad day for pedophiles.
Wish I knew the context of the video. Great job 👍❤️

Are police officers allowed to listen to their music in their cars ?
No they are not allowed to listen to anything but the police radio I remember when police cars didn't have those radios in

Yes. Silence in a hostage scenario definitely means everything is perfectly fine.

It’s literally in his fucking hand at 21:45.
He pointed the gun at the first officer ..slow down the playback and you’ll see it.
