I'm not surprised there was so little interest in the tours given the prices they were charging. There should have been free travel for everyone on the first day, as a way of saying 'thank you' for putting up with the decade-long delays and all of the construction upheaval, before starting normal services from day two.

The 14:00 tour failed to materialise also, I decided to wait and see if the 15:55 tour was running, and fortunately it was.
