this here's a board exploring the events of inscryption but through the lens of p03 and magnificus being a wee bit gay for each other the whole time; i've been thinking about doing something with this song for these two since last summer, and i'm pretty happy with the self-indulgent as hell result lmao

It’s actually possible magnificus did like p03 but more specifically G0lly
I mean, it’s clear they share some kind of friendship, or at least magnificus is PO3’s favourite of the 3 others. We see this in that PO3 directly implements mag’s mox in his campaign, while his representations of the other scrybes are merely interpretations. We also see that Leshy and Grimora share some kind of bond, as leshy uses bones in his game, and neither include the hammer. Idk, I think if there’s ever a pairing, mag and po3 seems most likely
But also in the first part, when the “stink bug” tells “stoat” that magnificus is here, “stoat” says he doesn’t like him but it would be good to have him in your deck or something along those lines
Now, it's canon, but only for time....

Honestly, as much as how Evil P03 turned out to be he had successfully uploaded Inscryption to save not himself, but everyone else instead.
I don’t see it as saving. If anything, he prolonged the lives of copies of his “friends” whom he left in a constant state of getting killed over and over like some accidental AM

None of the Scribes are evil. Short-sighted, petty and occasionally cruel. But they just have different philosophies that clash against each other.
For as much Leshy makes a whole show about, "I am gonna get you." He knows he is speaking to a player on the other side of the screen and that is exactly that, a show. He is doing it for the vibes and you just have to love him for it.
P03 doesn't want to spread around the Old-Data, even if that is a potential consequence of his actions. He just wants to win.
Grimora wants escape, and will impose that escape upon everyone else even if they seem more or less happy with their arrangement.
Himself and all others.
I personally don’t ship these two but the animation is so so good and so underrated

This is actually so cool! I love the way you draw all four of them. I love their expressions. I love seeing how they interact with each other. I love seeing Leshy break the camera towards the end (though thats because he's my favorite). Very good work!

This is amazing! The expressions, the over all art/animatic, a very good portrayal of events, everything about this is perfect! And now i may or may not be low-key shipping magnificus and p03- because this was actually pretty wholesome and cute as well, again fantastic job and i hope this gets a ton more recognition because you did an amazing job!

Hey umm, yesterday i said that i wasn't sure if they like each other in any way/that it seemed like PO3 actually dislikes him and caused him to disappear during act 2 and...watching markiplier right now, stoat actually spexifically says "and look, personally, i hate that guy, but we need him" so it's absolutely the OPPOSITE of what's going on in canon

Never forget, the old data is supernatural for the game's people, for us, is just an unfinished code that hide something. but i like the theory that the old data are really an AI locked and uncompleted, but strong enough to grant those 4 mind, with the limitation of their character, Po3 seek trancendens because of how he imnortalized the cards, with full details and achieve inmortality, Magnificus wish to go out to know more, thirsty of knowledge, Grimora will seek left inscryption to find a death that finally end their fight and leshy... he just like the pure life of the normal game, and so, he never will like to escape, that why Kaycee give him more power
