I kind of understand fortnite normalizing the skins, because the fortnite community is a sucker for clean simple skins, and whenever fortnite tries to make skins look over the top with bold fashion and glow people are then like nah that's to much or That's too bright etc

Yeah but most of the skins this season are p2lose simply because they glow. Cerberus glows, Aphrodite glows, Artemis glows, Poseidon glows, Hades glows. Other than Zeus, most of the skins glow. Epic should’ve added a feature to turn off the glow effects for those that don’t wish run glowy skins.
@@glitzlivthis sounds like a sweat talking. Any casual player doesn’t mind if skins glow or not since they’re just trying to have fun. Plus most of the skins you just mentioned don’t even have glowing effects besides their alternate styles.
@@ronreed4050 quit projecting. If you a sweat keep it to yourself. Some of us casuals like to enjoy a session without getting lazered 5 sec after landing. Besides the glow effects, the designs are not very good either. Zeus’ camo pants🤮 Aphrodite wearing sneakers?? Poseidon is a missed opportunity to add something unique instead of same ole slurp skin we’ve seen on other skins before. They kept Ares out of bp as well making him a crew skin. Ugh He would’ve been an excellent addition to the bp. He would’ve made a much better secret skin than Korra.
If you like the bp great. I’m sure there are many whom are satisfied. With too many questionable design choices and no way to turn the glow effects off, the bp in my opinion is not very good.
I think personally that they did good with this battle pass because they took something like Greek mythology and added their own kind of Fortnite twist to them

Poseidon being a slurpy when the fortnite waters tend to be contaminated with slurp juice for example was very clever. And Hades, Aphrodite and Cerberus❤ were soo coool
@@mysticpumpkin8520as a fellow mythology nerd, I feel like the Aphrodite skin, and Medusa skin were the “worse” ones. The Zeus one was alright, and the rest were decent-good. Aphrodite looks like she would post a picture of her with a Starbucks coffee, and Medusa looks like if someone dressed up as Medusa for a fashion show. The Medusa skin does not capture the “grotesque” looks of the gorgons. It could be a cool skin, but it’s just not there.

In my opinion, it is a great battle pass because:
1. Music is good.
2. Most skins are really good.
3. Great Tier 100 skin.
4. Poseidon is a chad.
5. Artemis is an INCREDIBLE skin.
6. Immortal Zeus is pretty good.
7. Hades’ glider is really cool.
8. Medusa emote is good.
9. Cerberus is a REALLY GOOD tier 1 skin, probably the best tier 1 skin released recently.
10. Greek Mythology is amazing

Don’t often disagree with lufu but have to this time, the battle pass is one of the bests all the skins are on point for what I would think Greek gods in Fortnite universe would be like, only one I’m not a fan off is Poseidon
Artemis is perfect in my opinion a perfect interpretation of one of my favorite Greek goddess hopefully her brother looks as good as she dose

I don’t want to seem like a weirdo, but i agree with you guys. I like my greek Mythology and it’s a shame they didn’t represent all these characters well, mostly bc of how much skin they can show. For example Aphrodite is the biggest miss, she should’ve been way more “beautiful” if yk, yk, as she is god of love and beauty. Poseidon is just a meme and Zeus has that long lush hair. It sounds weird as these aren’t real ppl, but y’all are right, Greek gods always showed a lot of skin and like u said didn’t even wear pants. So it’s a bit of a miss. Skins still look cool, but they don’t look like what they should.
Zeus mythic will probably be really good in squads because who do you shoot? The guy with lightning bolts or the three other members of the squad pushing you? 😂

I wished they adapted more of the Greek mythological part to the skin and lesser of the Fortnite part. Most of the gods are extremely buff, but we only got Poseidon even slightly close 😭. And even for Aphrodite, she literally used to glow in the comics because of how beautiful she was. I feel like it was a slight let down but they did well for some of the skins

These are some of the worst criticisms I've heard about the battle pass, and poseidon which seems to be the general consensus on that skin.
They should have taken another mythology. Greek myth and the greek pantheon is like the epitome of NSFW, and in the process of trying to "pacify" the characters to be T rated, they removed that integral part of them. Funny thing is, if you ignore Greek mythology and just look at the skins, they are fine

Personally I really like this battle pass, i think its pretty good, like half of greek myth is bout sex, so what you expect. Im sorry, but its pretty good, i dont get all the hate. Also something else to add is Gods can looks like whatever they want so obviously the desgins are made to also look like they are in fortnite, its not like they copied these designs from a show, they made their own with some inspiration.

It's kinda to late I had my vbucks ready cince last week but this happend and today was a good day until this happend honestly drained me out and I'm not waiting until 9 or 10 cause I'm just fed up with this like I get its not there fault but they could have atleast planned it out making sure the day before they were going to release on time or if they couldn't they could have posted and said that it's being released tomorrow Saturday is a good day for there fan base as there kids in school (not all of them) and atleast all of us wouldn't be waiting in pressure watching THOUSANDS of live streams checking the epic games launcher + websites all I did and its just so ################## I'm not going to say it because last time I said smth like that I got a warning saying my channel will be deleted and I would be banned anyway it's just so annoying sitting in front of your pc waiting checking constantly while epic "trys" ( no hate to epic ) to fix the things I've been watching there Official website abt these stuff and nothing changed all of them didn't change there still under smth I cant remember but anyway for the last like 10 11 maybe 12 hrs nothing changed ONTOP of all this you got a problem with rocket league as there matchmaking system wouldn't work or smth so yeah epic is prolly acctually putting alot of effort so yeah don't really listen to what I said but yeah uhh this is kinda long so yeah so yeah so yeah OK I need to stop this but yeah WHY DO I KEEP DOING IT???
