I did tour #41D in the same building twice, once when it was for sale for $28.5M, and when the price dropped to $19.5M. It also have a solarium. But #32D is much more my price and comfort.

Great questions! You are unable to close that balcony off but if you sit far back enough it protects from the rain and snow. I love this unit!
