Those streets look incomplete. No curbs, poor sidewalks, and no bike lanes.
Hey, typically there are no sidewalks in alot of neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale. There are bike lanes but not on all the interior roads. Thanks for watching!
The cheapest home in this neighborhood is $1 million going up to over $5 million. It should be nice.
It's still very possible to find an older home or a townhome for $700k+ but yes for the most part its about $1mm minimum. Thanks for watching 🙏
