Very nice overview and stats/excel sheets. Used some of them while I talked about the prospects in our german podcast. Shoutout to you, here and on our podcast ;)
I’m not gonna lie - as a Bears fan, the fact that we’ll probably be drafting Caleb puts a bit of a tingle in my dingle. The fantasy content is stellar, too. Are you taking Maye, Daniels, or MHJ at 1.02 in SF leagues?
In all these different areas, how would you prioritize one above the other to help determine who to draft first? i.e. pocket awareness vs deep passing vs decision making/processing. Love these videos.
It all factors in to some degree, as I mentioned in the video my grading scale places the highest priority on Accuracy, Mobility and handling pressure at 15% a piece. Things like Playmaking, Arm talent, Pocket presence are 10% and then deep passing, decision making and processing are 7.5% and 5% respectively
Can we get a video of which college programs use pro style offenses and how players in those systems translate to the NFL as opposed to other offenses? Or have you done a video on this subject before?
If someone has the 1.01 & 1.04 in SF dynasty drafts, needing a qb and wr is it warranted to go Marvin then Maye? Or Caleb is a must draft with possibly grabbing nabers but likely oduze at four?? The 2&3 are stacked at qb..
This sounds silly, but is this a situation you take Nabers over Caleb? 12tsf start 10. Already have allen, stroud, and young. Have the 1.02, 1.04, and 1.07. If MHJ goes 1.01, the 1.03 will be taking Nabers. Do I go Nabers at 1.02 and Maye at 1.04 to play it safe or go Caleb and Maye and look to trade away one or them or even stroud? I know value over need, but that's a lot of qbs and its hard to get someone with a top 5 wideout to trade them away.
You answered your own question with value over need. You take Caleb if he's there at 1.02 and thank your lucky stars he didn't go 1.01, Figure out the rest later, shop stroud, Caleb, Allen or young and see who's getting bites. In a 12 team SF QBs will be extremely valuable, even if you're leaguemates aren't valuing them highly yet
Good call on volatile. Stroud looked horrific in preseason and then blew up. No one that watched anything leading up to last season saw that blowup coming.
He's my QB6 at the moment, I don't personally believe he'll get first round capital due to the injury history he stacks up solid in some of these metrics but the immobility + the DC question marks have me cautious

I have Marvin ranked there as of now but he and Maye are both worthy of that pick pending on landing spot and your teams needs

I'd definitely have to do more research on that topic forsure, definitely a good idea tho
Drake Maye 👀🔥🤫 would love to snag him at the 1.04, would be an absolute STEAL. Great content! Love stuff like this!

Yeah everyone likes to pretend we know how to scout QBs and nobody does, we're all just tryna do our best here lol
We need the RB by the numbers 😅
It’s coming, news flash tho (it’s not great)
Alternate title: why y’all gotta stop sleeping on Drake Maye 🔥
Haha love it!
Love the content! Will you help doing take of the tapes this year?
Yep! Gonna do player profiles starting after the combine but specific film breakdowns will be on the site due to copyright purposes
Nice! Those are my favorite part of the dynasty offseason.
Where is Penix?
