All Formulas of Electricity:
1) I = Q/t
2) Q = ne
3) V = W/Q
4) V = IR
5) R = Rho x L/A
6)Resistance in Series: Rs = R1 + R2 + R3
7)Resistance in Parallel: 1/Rp = 1/R1 + 1/R2 + 1/R3 (» Reciprocal of R1+R2+R3)
8)H = V × Q
i) H = VIt
ii) H = I²Rt
iii) H = V²t/R
9) P = W/t
i) P = VI

iii) P = V²/R
10) E = P × t
S.I. Units:
Current ( I ) - Ampere
Charge ( Q ) - Coulomb
Time ( t ) - Second
Potential Difference or Voltage ( V ) - Volt
Resistance ( R ) - Ohm Ω
Resistivity ( Rho ) - Ohm meter
Power ( P ) - Watt
Heat = Energy = Work = Joule
Measuring Devices:
Ammeter / Milli Ammeter - for measuring current (always connected in series)
Galvanometer - for measuring small/sensitive currents (we can also get the direction of the current)
Voltmeter - for measuring volts (always connected in parallel)
Ohm Meter - Measures the resistivity
Things to remember:

HNO₃ (nitric acid) is an oxidizing agent because it can donate oxygen atoms or accept electrons in reactions, thereby facilitating the oxidation of other substances. The key factor in its oxidizing nature is the presence of the nitrogen in the +5 oxidation state (as NO₃⁻, nitrate ion), which is highly electronegative and capable of accepting electrons.
Here’s how HNO₃ works as an oxidizing agent:
Release of Oxygen: Nitric acid can decompose to release oxygen gas, which then helps oxidize other substances. For example, when HNO₃ reacts with metals like copper (Cu), it can produce nitrogen dioxide (NO₂), a gas, and release oxygen, oxidizing the metal.
Electron Transfer: In some reactions, nitric acid participates in redox reactions by accepting electrons from the substance being oxidized. For instance, in the reaction of HNO₃ with a metal like zinc (Zn), the zinc gets oxidized (loses electrons) while the nitrogen in HNO₃ is reduced, and the overall process is driven by the oxidizing power of the nitrate ion (NO₃⁻).
A simple example of HNO₃ acting as an oxidizing agent is: 3Cu+8HNO3→3Cu(NO3)2+4H2O+2NO23Cu + 8HNO₃
ightarrow 3Cu(NO₃)_2 + 4H_2O + 2NO_2 Here, nitric acid oxidizes copper, resulting in copper(II) nitrate, water, and nitrogen dioxide gas, with the nitrate ion being reduced in the process.
Thus, HNO₃ is an oxidizing agent because of its ability to both release oxygen and accept electrons during chemical reactions.

2. *Current (I)*: I = q/t (Current = Charge/Time)
3. *Resistance (R)*: R = V/I (Resistance = Volatge/Current)
4. *Power (P)*: P = V x I (Power = Volatge x Current)
Ohm's Law
1. *V = I x R* (Volatge = Current x Resistance)
2. *I = V/R* (Current = Volatge/Resistance)
3. *R = V/I* (Resistance = Volatge/Current)
Series and Parallel Circuits
1. *Series Circuit*: R_total = R1 + R2 + ... + Rn
2. *Parallel Circuit*: 1/R_total = 1/R1 + 1/R2 + ... + 1/Rn
Energy and Work
1. *Energy (E)*: E = P x t (Energy = Power x Time)
2. *Work (W)*: W = F x d (Work = Force x Distance)..
