I’ve had the biggest crush on her back when I was 15. I was shocked finding out Phil Collins was her father and he’s been one of my favorite musicians for a long time. She’s a real great person!

I feel bad for her mom. They boast about how great her dad and in-laws are because they are all celebrities but the person who raised her gets no credit. Same way Vivian Carter was treated.
Lily knows how great her Mom is. That's what's important. Lily wrote a short book about how her Dad's choices. The people that really matter know who was there for her and who raised her right.

I remember first seeing her in the City of Bones movie and got obsessed with the fantasy series for a while.

The magic of having rich, powerful, and famous parents! Every door just magically opens. We see it over and over again. The aristocracy guaranteeing the success of their spawn.
So whats wrong with that? Success breeds success. My dad was and still is a welfare bum. He always told me and my siblings to quit going to school and work. I wanted better and did better, and hopefully that opens doors for my kids.
Most of my siblings are lazy, and unmotivated like him.

I think people missed the point, there is a lot of nepotism in the world and for some, the only reason they get to do what they do is bc of their connections while others with equal or more talent are rejected
