Remember to teach them prayer at 7 years old and hit them at 10 years old with a miswak if they don't pray, miswak is the short branch thats used as a toothbrush, it barely hurts for adults but it hurts more for kids so don't cause much pain, and don't hit the face, i think tell them to open their hands, 1 or 2 hits each hand, Good luck!

This is the story of Prophet Yunus (AS) where as he would take about how Allah created mankind and everything around us although disbelievers did not believe that so Yunus (AS) has left the village without the permission of god.
Once he was on a ship and a storm hit it. So the people on the ship had to throw someone out of the ship, into the sea. So they drew and the first time the prophet’s name was on the sheet of paper. They had done it 2 more times and Yunus (AS)’s name would be on the sheet. So they threw him of the ship.
Then a whale had swallowed the prophet and it was hot in his stomach (the whale). Yunus (AS) then recited the day: La illaha illallah anta subhanaka ini kuntu minazaulimin. He kept repeating that due until other sea creatures heard it. They started to recite it with him! Even the whale recited after him!
Then Allah had forgiven the prophet and commanded the whale to drop him off on an island. It was a sunny and hot day but Allah grew a tree so the Prophet wouldn’t feel to hot. God would provide the prophet some dates and water.
After a few days, Allah had sent the prophet back to the village and everyone would believe in Allah and worship him! From what I have studied, the prophet has died when he was 97-99 years old.

Our prayer is different and it consists of stating Islamic things like the shahada; "I swear that there is no God except Allah and that Mohammed is his prophet" So praying Muslim prayers 5 times a day definitely makes you Muslim. Of course doing a Christian prayer 5 times a day doesn't make you Muslim. I don't know why you assumed that.

@@keeperofthenerd6694 in Islam hijab is obligatory and it says in the Quran that we should cover up(men also have to lower their gaze). But some people choose to not wear the hijab and that’s okey. Because no one has the right to force anyone to wear the hijab.
I no there might be some fathers that forces their daughters to wear it. And that is not okey in Islam. Because that is a sin.
For example if someone is trying to force me to wear it and I don’t want to, but ending up wearing it anyway. The one that forced me is committing a sin.
And no one can’t ether force me to take it off, because I chose to wear it.
That time were girls should begin to wear it, is at the time of puberty.
I myself chose to wear and it is the best decision that I made. I hade no force o anything and I thank God for that.

I have to tell you the a mosque in İstanbul. It’s name is Ayasofya. It was turned to mosque but it was a church in the first place. It isn’t allowed to not wear hijab.

“And say, ‘All praise be to God, who has had no son and who has no partner in His kingdom, and who needs no protector from disgrace!’ And proclaim His immeasurable greatness.” (17:111)
To associate anything with him, whether it is a son or a partner is shirk, which is a major sin that we should avoid at all costs. Instead you may say that Allah loves us more than a mother loves her own child, which is true subhanallah. May Allah guide us all, ameen.

mmmh, to the girl who theorized about the origin of the Qur'an: Slavery was tolerated by the first muslims and was even institutionalized while following a certain loophole in the text. So it didn't strip their powers out at all! Also, Islam appeared in a region where lots of polytheist beliefs were present, and among these beliefs, there were some that glorified women, giving them the power in the household and to educate their children! So again arabs wouldn't have lost anything for writting the Qur'an.
Also, Arabs were very powerful merchants, which means peoples who want to trade with them had to learn their language and write their language, some cities of non arabs even ended up speaking arabic only and they had scribes and nobles and all, so yes, it's also possible for a non arab to write it.
I'm not saying that Allah didn't do it, but her theory doesn't stand to prove her point unfortunately

in my understnading, there was a lot of institutionalized slavery of orphans and women, i don't think there were many popular beliefs glorifying woemn. the quran also (perhaps not in practice, but at least in theory) consistently says to be kind to the orphan (i'm too lazy to find verses but let's just assume we're both speaking in good faith and aren't making up sources) and to not oppress women (in some hadith, however, there are anti-women things, but the hadith are a giant mess of contradictions.
as for the arab thing, the quran has a lot of words that are basically only found in the quran (and maybe a couple other texts) so maybe the vocabulary would be too big for a non-arab.

@@kehana2908 I don't think it's really a counterpoint cause somehow, it doesn't go against what I said. At that time, there were still lots of polytheist beliefs (which means some peoples still had gods and goddesses so the feminine figure was still among the deities). I never said there were "many popular beliefs" but "some". And yes, slavery was institutionalized in Islamic civilizations using text loopholes in the hadith (you know when the Prophet improved slaves' life conditions), it was even a popular islamic jurisprudence before the 1700s (that slave status was an exception to the principle of universal freedom).
As for the vocabulary part, languages evolve and nowadays history can trace how the vocabulary can shift during ancient times (many dialects during a period of global exchange). For example, the old testament for Christians was written in a hebrew called "biblical hebrew" cause that form of hebrew is only found in the bible same for the new testament written in Ancient greek (there is a vocabulary only used in the bible) and yet the people who spoke both languages weren't just greek or jewish and some even wrote very complex litterature that are nowadays were only used by those authors. The same approach was used for the Qur'an by historians, Art historians, and linguists for semitic languages. I don't think being non Arab excludes them from having a deep knowledge of the language. I mean, look at how I write, english isn't even my first language (it's my third) and I can still write well IMO. Like nowadays, many non-arab peoples and populations only speak Arabic.
I'm not against the idea of a God written text of course, I just don't think we could exclude the idea that it might also be written by humans just based on her theory.
