Major geographical blunder at 5.50 - The West Highland Way starts near Sam's house in Milngavie which is in the north west outskirts of Glasgow. Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the UK, is not at the beginning but the end of The West Highland Way and overlooks Fort William (An Gearasdan Dubh - the Black Garrison in Gaelic) 93 miles from Milngavie (pronounced Mul-guy by the way!) 😉

I loved those red curls, even though Mr. Heughan's hair is neither red, nor curly. 😒 Dirty, dirty blond (light brown if you're honest) and pencil-straight is still better than scalped. The short hair makes him look older.

Ben Nevis ISN’T where his house is, that is near to Glasgow. The walk ended at Ben Nevis. Please get your info correct.
