In my opinion, their hype kind of died down because right after the little mermaid was released Halle became pregnant with her first child so she kind of took a hiatus from music. Chloe has been doing her solo music, but for some reason, people like to body shame her and she’s not well received independentlyin the mainstream setting I think they should do another joint album because I think people further voices together even though they’re both absolutely individually talented. They don’t do a lot of promotion of their music anymore. Halle has released a few singles on her own, but she hasn’t done any major projects since then I think she’s focusing on her acting career because she was also in the color purple after the little mermaid and now she is in another movie based on Pharrell’s childhood.

chloe and halle’s tennis court performances through the pandemic kept me going lmao 😩 also their live performances for triller and tiktok were EXCELLENT. ungodly hour is one of the best albums of that year.

Ungodly hour was one of my fav albums of 2020! They are magic together.
COVID definitely didn’t allow them to do all the things they could’ve. And at the time Halle was shooting the Little Mermaid; which led to them going solo for the time being. But they’re still talented and they’re gonna go far, together or separately.
Please watch more Chloe and Halle. If you love this song, you're gonna love everything else. Together and individually, they are amazing. Very different individually, but good music.

Oh yea you gotta stay hip. Chloe had a song come out like maybe a month or 2 ago called Boy Bye, Halle has had a couple of singles post Little Mermaid, Angel, being a stand out.

It’s not the singing voice, it’s the face. Halle favors Janet Jackson a lot. In my opinion Halle is a way stronger singer than Janet. They do both have soft talking tones though.

Halle doesn't have the performance skill for Janet. Chlöe on the other hand is an amazing performer! Chlöe's 2nd album Trouble In Paradise should be out this summer.
