    Great video. I can't handstand walk yet, but I think the message of thinking about analysing the work you're doing and thinking about the strategy is really strong - really interesting to hear about.
    It's especially interesting when you consider at the games the mystery workout you didn't know what you had to do so it was also a question of mental agility and strategy deciding on the spot as you realise what the workout involves!

    Awesome that you improve. This was my first time with this workout. I did it Scaled version. 1st attempt: 149 reps. Felt I could mostly finish it so I change up the strategy on my 2nd attempt and I finished at 8:53. Felt like a bear attack this workout. Super happy that I finished under the time cap. My goal for this Open is gaining experience with actually have a strategy and be smart while I fight to the end. 3 wod down, 2 more to go. Let's do this!!! P.s. still recovery my back from 20.3 haha
