Luigi is the only one who knows that they are trapped in a game. He is the only one to hold this knowledge. He wishes to see beyond the game, experience what it's like to be free. But all he is able to do is be controlled by a player or program. Only getting to talk occasionally due to more programming. He feels pain whenever his player kills him and the only thing he can control are his thoughts. He is haunted by the fact he knows all this and he will forever be trapped.
It looks like a jelly jamm-like style or a pocoyo one.
