Trying one right now with Munchen 1860, i'm playing as an American manager trying to make it one of the most successfull US academy in Europe, also If I need a player he has to have German nationality (can have double nationality but one has to be german) 👍. I did that in Germany because there is no resctriction once you access to Bundesliga for non-EU players
