I have recently bought Tata Nexon XZ+(P) Kaziranga edition Petrol. Till now everything's ok. Hoping for a good after sales service. I am a first time buyer. I want to thank Tata for launching this variant, The Kaziranga Edition. I am from Assam :)
The budget that Nexon fits in is the biggest achievement in itself. 13.60 for XZ+ diesel, with all functions, drive modes for fun as well as mileage and safety. I guess small niggles will be there, otherwise for fit-finish VW and Skoda has the mark but above 15L, that too in petrol only. So the niggles are justified for the price you pay, unless there is any bigger mechanical flaw!
This is the kind of review I always appreciate otherwise paid reviews and branded contents are almost everywhere. I thoroughly appreciate your work gagan 👍

We have a 2020 Nexon and I can 100% agree with all that you said. Poor finishing, questionable quality at various places, and unreliability are three major cons with the Nexon. On top of that, the engine and the gearbox are just not for someone who likes a smooth and pleasant drive. (We also have a 4th gen Honda City, so I do happen to have a frame of reference for things)
That massive A pillar is the only con that bothers me. I went to a dealer for a test drive and almost didn't notice a bike rider because of the blind spot created by the A pillar. If the matter comes about fit and finish... Maruti leads it with worst fit and finish and idk why people don't raise it... Brezza interior quality and materials and fit and finish are much worse than the tiago itself...!!
Interior design wise Nixon looks and feel much more premium than Brazzaville and and it’s sister Toyota urban cruiser. Only thing that’s irritating is A pillar and window size.
dear gagan, dealership is saying acko insurance is not cashless insurance and dealerships are not accepting the acko insurance for repairs. can you please throw some light on this?

I am First time car buyer and went with Nexon as my choice. I am glad you highlighted Fit n Finish again, this car has serious concern related to Fit n Finish. However I get assured that whatever issue i see will be resolved in next service which was happened in 1st service. I find below 4 things as cons after driving it for 3000 km. - Fit N Finish - Noisy Engine (Harman Helps) :P - Gear throws are long - Clutch Also i feel below item should be there on top trims. - TPMS missing in XZ+ ( Top trim) Hope things get better. enjoyed your review as alaways :)
@@gyan5921 Nexon XZA+(O) (Dec'2020) owner here. I think initially TPMS was missing and when they added they had to make a higher variant than XZ+ to add TPMS into it. Just like now they have XZ+(P) as the highest variant which has wireless Android auto, Ventilated seats, Air purifier. I agree with you that they could have added everything in XZ+ as that used to be the highest variant and remove all those (S), (O), (P) versions to make it less confusing. Btw, That TPMS thing is not perfect in nexon. I have seen in Creta that it shows exactly how much pressure does a tyre have. At least I have noticed 1 tyre pressure was as low as 18psi and it showed that. In Nexon if tyre pressure goes below 26, it doesn't show any number just says 'LO' and gives a warning sign. It is nice to know that your car is turning out to be a good product .I am also planning to buy nexon xm diesel. I heard on UA-cam that diesel engine is noisy and less refined. What is your opinion on noise and refinement?
Please share your experience
@@Ashokkumar-yp1qi yah it's little noisy when compared to other car's in the segment but that noise gives you sporty feel. And if you are cruising around 100-120 on highway you didn't hear any engine noise. It is noisy only when you rev engine very hard. But that noise never disturb you.
If the matter comes about fit and finish... Maruti leads it with worst fit and finish and idk why people don't raise it... Brezza interior quality and materials and fit and finish are much worse than the tiago itself...!!
Kya baat hai..
Kaziranga Edition 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Why you didn't talked about gear box , power, Nbh levels 🤔
Qki it's not a newly launched car, its a newly launched variant, so Gearbox etc is the same as before.
Interior design wise Nixon looks and feel much more premium than Brazzaville and and it’s sister Toyota urban cruiser. Only thing that’s irritating is A pillar and window size.
Dhang ka Automatic kab aayega Nexon ke saath. Bus Dark, Kazirnga wagarh aata rehta hai.......
How was acko purchase for car planning on acko
dear gagan, dealership is saying acko insurance is not cashless insurance and dealerships are not accepting the acko insurance for repairs. can you please throw some light on this?
I would suggest customers to read review or try to know about a particular dealership before buying a car. I am a Nexon owner for 2 months now and till date I am fully satisfied with my dealership. However some dealerships have still got negative feedback so do check before buying.

same applies to mahindra

Engine ki ghon ghon khatam hui ya fir abhi bhi speaker chalana padta hai?
Good knowledge brother.
I am First time car buyer and went with Nexon as my choice. I am glad you highlighted Fit n Finish again, this car has serious concern related to Fit n Finish. I bought on 2nd nov, 21 and I can say in last 5 months i have seen different different things in different places that makes you feel bad that you spent 11Lac on this. However I get assured that whatever issue i see will be resolved in next service which was happened in 1st service. I find below 4 things as cons after driving it for 3000 km.
- Fit N Finish
- Noisy Engine (Harman Helps) :P
- Gear throws are long
- Clutch
Also i feel below item should be there on top trims.
- TPMS missing in XZ+ ( Top trim)
Hope things get better. enjoyed your review as alaways :)
I think TPMS starts from XZ+S and XZ+O versions.I could be wrong.
@@aveergogoi6065 yeah I guess, but my concern is XZ+ series is top trim, so TPMS is must have feature in it.
I have seen paint chip and rust near the tail lights in my Neighbor's Nexon
I feel they should always show a number to let us understand how low it is.
@@sumanmondalrock Agree, I guess I should get TPMS installed from Market. Any trusted brand you guys can let me know for TPMS would be really appreciated.
Very Genuine Review ❤️
Thank you for such a wonderful video sir. In between you mentioned that this car is not for the enthusiast. Please can you suggest the car for enthusiast drivers. City + Highway usage? My budget is around 18L on-road.
