Kennedy not only won the White House, but he created a new model of pursuing Electoral Votes, using personal appeal, and doing intense polling to determine strategies.
I was almost 20 years old when Kennedy became president. All these years later, very old now, I still like very much listening to things re Kennedy and his life & presidency, etc. I long for the time of this most excellent American leader and for Bobby Kennedy...such fine men, they truly cared about the disenfranchised, cared about our country and desired peace...they were not crazy about having wars as all presidents have since them. I am hoping Bobby Kennedy junior will make it to the presidency in 2024 but since he is same as his father & President Kennedy, I am fearful what our elected reps and corrupt govt will do against him, as they did against Donald Trump and President Nixon.
One of richest men of his time in wisdom and currency; the great JFK had swum the seas with sailors tied to his back; he had faced death. I do not believe the word fear was in his lexicon. He was human and had his demons, but he understood the average man in way no one had ever done so.
