OMG The HR did the EXACT Same thing with me!! After half of my answer she told me to stop and skipped to the other girl. And I was selected.
....In the end I was the only girl directly hired, even though it was my first even Cabin Crew interview. According to what I saw there, it's about a certain way of talking, that's what they're looking for. Pay attention to everyone who is there, then notice how the candidate who got selected talked. That can help a lot. ❤

Maine v last month ko interview diya tha Siliguri mai aur 4th round Mai reject hogayi thi ,next time phir gayi tab 1st round mai reject 😢 I don't know what actually they want .. direct selection kisi ka v nahi ho raha hai bas pht hora ha hai ..

Indigo is worst the HR Manpreet Is irrelevant person, she selected those whose communication skill were duuhh , those who were giving one word answers, and she was biased.
Most of the candidates have bad experience with her. Same thing happened with me and one girl. We were not nervous and answered really well but she selected three girls who fumbled, in the first round it was crazy🤣
And she doesn't even give feedback.

Why dont you answer the interview questions in english so that we get an idea how you delivered there.Just saying. "Mene bahut ache se answer kia sab kuch" doesnt make your blogs informative.Please do so take hume bhi samj aye interview apka gya.Kyuki english accent sabse pehle dekhte hai...Will get to learn .
Actually I had thought about adding those answers but the problem is if anyone shares their answers on internet then other aspirants start copying it. It has happened with me on Vistara's interview. I just make videos for sharing the questions they ask so that people will get an idea how prepare but I will try to add some of my answers in upcoming video.

The HR did exactly the same in today’s interview in siliguri.The girl who was not answerable at all got selected.She also got surprised 😅

Don't just try in Indigo go for other airlines as well
Was she stuttering? I think not. They don't select people who stutter or can't think of an answer. My English professor was telling me about their experience, that they just have to hear one line out of someone's mouth to tell how good or bad their English or English communication skills are. She said people with knowledge and experience in the said field are way too familiar with their fields. Like last time for Liaison Officers at the Asian Games Hockey championship, the director of Hockey India hired me simply by talking to me on a call when he was conducting interviews meanwhile many were getting rejected who were present in front of him.

Not mandatory for interview.. but if you get selected then you have to submit the copy of your passport.

Pre Hire Training.. communication ya grooming mein koi kami ho to uski liye ek online training karate hein 2 mahine ka. Uske baad firse interview liya jata hein then select karti hein.

I was there too. There were 288 girls i was selected for the 3rd round then got rejected again. 😅
