  • Hey guys! A lot of you noticed that my hair has gotten so much lighter (I have bleached it twice within 30 days) but still remained really healthy! I started using a hair steamer and it literally changed my life. My curls haven't looked this good in a long time! I hope ya'll like the video.

    Calling all broke girls: take a damp towel put it in the microwave... take it out the microwave put it on your head (assuming you have a shower cap) BAM steamer! I would love a steamer but I'm a broke woman so I had to find a nifty way to get the same results 😂😂😂

    Lately everybody has been putting up wash n go videos and products they use, etc, I want someone to make a "How to make your wash n go last" showing us how to sleep without ruining our curls or hairstyles that won't ruin them. I know the easy answers like satin pillow cases and bonnets, and hair pineapples but I want more optionssss. Make a video on that please and thank you

    • @humblepie8113
      @humblepie8113 7 років тому +1

      Angelys Hiraldo I use the banding method with hair ties and put on a satin scarf. There are videos of women doing this method if want to see how it's done. You can sleep however you want and don't have to worry about your curls being messed up in the morning or after you shower. I hope this helps because I use to wet my hair everyday before trying this method, but now I don't have to.

    How do you get such volume ontop of your hair without teasing , that's the only thing I struggle with lol

    • @777-c1d
      @777-c1d 7 років тому +8

      Rachel Marie after you shampoo and condition don't finger comb your products in and also scrunch your hair while it's drying

    • @2008MrsKim
      @2008MrsKim 6 років тому +6

      I have curly hair and too much volume on top is my problem. When you let your hair dry naturally, pick at the top, not finger comb or brush it, but just pull random strands here and there. When its 70/80 percent dry, Use your fingers as a comb and pull up only at the roots. Slide your fingers in your hair and lift about 1/2 inch off the scalp and hit the scalp area with the blow dryer on low. When your hair is completely dry, slowly finger comb through your hair. DO NOT use all four fingers, that will make it a big mess, but using just two fingers will spot pick exactly where you want the volume. Heres another tip. Use less product on the top as lots of product will weigh the hair down. Hope that helps

    • @abdulrahmanhamdallah7995

      try showering with ur head down so the water doesn't LIFT DOWN ur hair if ur standing up still

    • @MayrettSierra
      @MayrettSierra 6 років тому +4

      Dying your hair softens your curl pattern, so when it grows the “natural volume” comes back, that’s why you see so much volume on the top of her hair. Of course the cut helps A LOT, but the growth is also part of it. Trust me, I’m dealing with the same situation (volume on top, blonde curls)

    This is good causeI've been bleaching parts of my hair blonde so I can dye it purple and I want to do it again soon. I usually use a good deep conditioner and sometimes leave it on overnight if I need to. I haven't really had any problems with it feeling too dry, but I might want to try this method too.

    You are literally my idol. I recently bleached my own hair to be the same color as yours the other day because the salon said it would take more than two sessions to get it that color because my hair is a dark brown naturally. And each session would cost over $200, and I was not trying to do that feel meeee? I'm a broke college student. Anyways, I love your hair videos, I watch almost every single one. The last video that you posted about your curly hair routine... I do almost the exact same thing!! Oh m G. I had to rewatch that almost 10 times because I couldn't believe it. Sheesh, I don't mean to be writing you a novel. But, I just wanted to let you know you're amazing, beautiful, keep the videos going because I personally love them and I'm sure you're making a lot of other curly girls happy and giving them lots of wisdom and knowledge. God bless you my love 💜

    Girl you just out here saving lives lol! My conditioning treatments are almost identical to yours and have been my secret to healthy long hair, but I just died it blond and am so nervous if the treatment will be enough to keep it healthy. I see now that the steamer is what I need in my life! I actually have a hand held steamer that was all the rage on YT about 3 years ago but i'm not happy with it. I will be getting this hooded one. I also need to get Amla and garlic oils. I've had my eye on them for a long time but I thought they were for maintaining dark hair or turned the hair dark...don't ask lol... I have no idea where I got that from. Thank you for this perfect video.

    Nice color. I tried something new since my hair is damaged, transitioning and colored. After I wash it, deep condition etc.. The last step is crucial. I place a leave in moisturizer like Camille Rose's curl aid butter or My DNA leave in with olive oil in my hair, put on a shower cap and then go under the hair dryer. My hair loves it!! It was very moisturized and stopped shedding as much.

    I'm growing out my blonde to later on to get the ombré. I really want to go as light as your hair now. I might try this

    There's beauty supply stores in Paris that are legit like the ones in America. I believe it's in the 13th or 14th arrondissement. All I remember is that there's a KFC on the corner when you get off the train lol

    Can you do a video where you show us 1month of hairstyles-like every morning you record getting ready and doing your hair? Or styles in between wash days if 1 month is too long :)
