OMG!! it works, i've been trying to get this to work for so long. got quoted $220 AUD for 'repair'.
SOME ADVICE: 1) Use a LOCKED SIM, i had to purchase a brand new $2 sim and got it LOCKED by attempting PUK code 10 times, then only after it allows you to go into the notification.

@@hectorcoutino1871 en algún otro teléfono, en la barra de búsqueda ponle bloqueo de sim y te da la opción, normalmente por defecto el código que ya tienen algunos chips en México es 1111

Hey dude, so I have a note 9 and I added my google account but can't seem to remove the previous owners Samsung account from it. I am afraid to factory reset it because im not sure if it will ask for the samsung account info or for my info.You had a video of it when you went into developer mode but i can't seem to find the video anymore. Bummer mine doesn't work. I'm using an unsupported sim but it just gives me a notification that I need to call my carrier. It doesn't give me an option to type in a passcode
You need to insert sim locked sim, not carrier locked.
@@SystemHacks Just figured it out! Thank you! I inserted the Sim back into my other phone and was able to enable a Sim Lock in settings. Just got the screen I'm looking for!
