- fyi, in the real drama, the baby is still not born at the end, the queen is still pregnant. This video I made is an Alternate Ending (AE) I add a baby in the end from drama Moonlovers & The moon embraces the sun, because I (and almost all fans of mr.queen) hope that we can see the baby in the end.

The baby showed here is the daughter of Hae Soo and Wang So from Scarlet Heart Ryeo..there is no scene here in Mr. Queen that they showed the royal baby..In the ending the Queen is still pregnant to her baby..

Been rewatching Mr. Queen during the whole 4th quarter of school year. And guess what, I find everything bearable. This will always be my comfort drama.
This drama has outshine the eternal love. The King and Queen both performed impeccably. I was moved due the powerful role within the two characters. The iconic rain scene when the King stood there watching the Queen dance looking mesmerised with adoration. His heart just melt and his love blossom. The King was was lost for a moment just admiring his wife, whilst falling madly in love right there. Suddenly, it hit him that he was starring at his beautiful wife. LOVED MR QUEEN, MR QUEEN, AND THE KING BROUGHT THE SERIES TO WHAT WAS A BEAUTIFUL LOVE STORY. I LIKED THAT THIS QUEEN WAS OUTSPOKEN, VERY CREATIVE, AND ALWAYS KEPT THE AUDIENCE ATTENTIVE TO WHAT IS SHE GOING TO DO NOW. ALL THE ACTORS WERE FABULOUS.

The actor for the male lead has redeemed himself. He was in a toxic relationship before and had mental health issues which affected his work as an actor. I remember in a previous drama he worked on he kept having the scenes changed bec he didn’t want any skinship with the female lead, he totally acted like a a-hole to her during the presscon for the drama. And the Korean public noticed and he got cancelled along with his then girlfriend. Good thing he got a second chance thru this drama.

Me too, i read the history after i watch the drama. He only have 1 child to the queen(son). And the queen died at the age of 41(??). I dont know if i read it right, the king died( without a male heir,)-with suspected foul play of andong kim clan--According to google.

You can said it happy if you're shipper of king & (real) queen. But it can be said sad ending if you're shipper of the king & the chef (bong) that come back to the modern era before said goodbye properly.
But if we said the real history of choljeong, they have sad story because the baby boy will die some weeks/years, and the king got depresed until his last breath. The queen have long life.
