You know they're *really* close and casual, because when Chanhyuk falls, IU goes "Ya! Ya!", which would be considered *extremely* rude unless they're close friends - even if it's an unexpected situation + even when IU is older than Chanhyuk.
Plus, IU constantly lapses to a very informal speech (referring to both Chanhyuk and Suhyun as "Nuh") and the "official broadcast" polite speech, which also tells you they're very close.

Chanhyuk always does the most, and he likes to dance and he can be cheeky lol He's actually more shy around IU lol Suhyun is a social butterfly, I swear she becomes friends with almost anyone she meets, no matter their age. She has a strong personaliy, despite being laid-back.

Romanization tends to do that since Korean has some interesting pronunciation rules. NAKKA sounds like 낙하 in the song because of these rules. The 'ㄱ' makes a g/k sound, so they could have written "NAGHA" but it doesn't look as good and English speakers who know nothing of Korean would do a hard "nag" type of sound, which is wrong. The 'ㅎ' almost doubles the previous consonant in this case so writing it as NAKKA is correct for pronunciation purposes.

A little bit more explanation:
ㄱ can be both g & k
When you learn hangul, they will mostly write it like (ㄱ: g/k) cause ㄱ is the original of ㅋ which is k & ㄱ can sound both g & k
