I remember the first time i hear of Yoni Z- at an Ohr Naava Shabbaton... and i was like "who is this guy?" I soon learned that he was the best Jewish performer i've ever seen- the excitement in the room was palpable- and it was all because of him! The way he sings, dances, gets the entire room to feel the awesome vibes he is infusing in the air... it's something else! that was by far my favorite concert of all times- Yoni Z, you are absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for being so genuine, real, and and spreading so much excitement and love for Jewish music! Much hatzlacha!

The singer is very reminiscent of the great JOE AMAR....excellent. I should know because I accompanied him a few times and I just loved his pure and clear and sincere ORIENTAL voice.
I played my way through college playing at Hassidic weddings and it was hard work but still a lot of fun because of the energy of the crowd. But the music has really come a long way with these complex orchestrations and arrangements.
Can see it even in music how much it changed in 5 years. These days singers will never think these songs. LOL
