Update from Michelle, the true story of hope at the end of this video! She says, “These past two weeks …I have been feeling so good. Sometimes I don’t even feel my prolapse Anymore. Everyday gets better and better. Mental game is a big player and I hope every woman realizes that. Your program is still keeping me going. I’m able to be there [for my mom] mentally And physically! So thank you💓💓”
I became a widow a little over a year ago, and I’ve really cried over discovering I had a stage 2 prolapse. I want more than anything to talk to my husband about it but, at first, I felt like I had nobody. It took me a trip to a OB/GYN, something I hadn’t done in years along with checking Utube to see there was hope. That’s when I ran across your channel. I’ve since realized how important (to us seniors) prolapse and vaginal health is! I’m now open and have shared information to other women. I’m currently going to Physical Therapy to someone who specializes in prolapse. I’m 74 and definitely not ready to give up on life. I’m working on the everyday moves and my breathing. Thank you for this valuable help and videos.
Thank you Dr. Bri, I needed to hear this. I’m 35 with two young children & with a stage 2 prolapse. Hips up time & good diet has helped me but I’ve learnt way more from this video. I’ll definitely will do the Lyft program & continue watching your videos. Thank you for giving us hope!
Yes!!! There's SO MUCH you can do to relieve your symptoms and prevent them from worsening. Sidenote: my Lift program is on sale RIGHT NOW! I would love to welcome you - www.vibrantpelvichealth.com/thanks2024
Thank you. This is exactly what I needed after yesterday when I put my heavy recycling bin out and just didn't lift it properly. I'm 71 and live alone so I need to be able to do these sort of things safely. So once again thank you.
Dr Bri thank you. I have a severe double prolaspe, I had surgery but it failed. I had a hysterectomy so I am unable to use pessarys or a ring to help me, its really uncomfortable and upsetting. I appreciate all your help, at least I no longer feel alone or ashamed. Thank you. ❤
Some women who have had hysterectomy can use pessary. Cube pessaries work for many. I had same thing happen. Hysterectomy failed too and made things worse Dr Bris video has been a bf help
@naturegirl4074 Thank you for taking the time to reply, I really appreciate it. Sorry you have had to go through this as well. I will definitely look into the possibility of cube pessery.
Fantastic video, this really helps. My symptoms flare up at work, my room has a fire door so it's heavy to open. I squeeze and lift and engage core but it still pulls. I am managing..Just! I've learnt not to hoover everyday and switch the electric to a brush. I find that being on my hands and knees to wipe the floor helps as my tummy is lower and not being pulled by dragging a mop and bucket around. I sit and take the duvet off and on and hubby shakes it into place! I find your videos incredibly helpful and it makes you feel positive and that you can still live with a prolapse. One thing I'd like to add is having a prolapse has made me respect my body more and realise that I have to listen to it. I've spent far too many years thinking I can do things, I guess this has been the wake up call I've needed. Thank you Dr Bri 🙏 ❤
Thanks for offering some great tips, and also -- I completely agree! There are gifts in the challenge of prolapse, such as learning about your body and improving your overall health and lifestyle!
My favorite quote from Dr. Bri: "It's all connected.". Thanks for your wonderful channel and helping so many people who really felt like they had nowhere to turn.
I have a rectum prolapse with retcocele an erniated tract of the rectum plus fissures some bladder issues as well i m doing yoga Kegel exercise takin macrogol to help me go and using the squatty potty as you do..sitting and moving like u are showing in the video..I cried thinking of all the pain and discomfort i ve been through ..u are giving me hope ..Thank u so much from the bottom of my heart ..some of us are prone to get those issues since young age..(surgeons confirmed that to me)my grandma told me that I had problems evacuating since I was 4..hugs from Italy ☀️❤
There is hope! You can feel better! I have lots of suggestions on my UA-cam channel and in my Lift program, and of course seeing a pelvic floor physio in-person is also important if you have access to someone... Sending you hugs and faith for the future.
Awesome video. Very helpful information! Motivating - to continue with pelvic exercises, life style changes, and mental attitude. Four years ago I did the Lift program. My prolapse is a three. I have improved muscle strength in the area (also worked with a pelvic floor specialist) and most importantly - no surgery, and no worsening of the prolapse!
😢 6 week recovery my butt. Longer usually Just saying I’m not judging but my hysterectomy was a disaster. I’m not the same anymore. But I’ve come a long way mentally and physically also. I’m doing a lot better ❤ Thanks Dr. Bri

Thank you Dr Bri I do have a prolapse i did mention this in one of your videos 2 years ago and are still waiting to see the consultant Fast forward 2024 i have changed my mind about having the surgery I did have a pessary fitted it was very uncomfortable so i removed it myself few months ago My prolapse isn't too bad Thank God I am supposed to be seeing the consultant early in 2025 I would like to see her Dr Bri once again thank you for your videos God bless always
Great video. I’m 70 and your videos do help feel better down below. Could you tell me the brand of shoes and pants you showed in this video. I hate walking / hiking in heavy shoes. Thank you
The shoes I show in this video are Xero brand, and the pants are Lululemon (the Align leggings). Really, any wide, stretchy waistband will work -- you want to avoid regularly wearing super tight or "pinchy" clothing or accessories around the middle! Every once in a while is fine, but if you make a habit of tight waistbands or belts it can contribute to downward pressure on your pelvic organs.
