when you are using the rune of might you can press the up arrow and jump and you jump really high so you dont have to use the ropes :)

As far as I could test, Adele's guard skill is Client Sided, meaning ping/lag doesn't affect it. It has a bit of a cast time before it starts working, but you have around a full second or so to time the guard, and even if you miss it, you'll still reduce the damage of incoming attacks as long as you hold it. Just release it as soon as you block the attack (either seeing "Guard" or the reduced damage number go up), because the CD is shorter the less time you hold it.
For comparison, Mihile can guard more often, but his is Server Sided, meaning it has to wait until the server responds to actually start working and therefore it is heavily affected by ping/lag.
Up till now I’ve only watched these videos for fun, but this time I actually wanted some training tips, and I found it very helpful and understandable in that regard too. Gotta get my Adele to 200. She’s just too fun, and I want that Grand Master stuff! Thanks for the great video Coppersan!
coppersan, you know when you use the rune of might you can just put the vertical jump input and you will jump onto higher platforms rather than climbing ladders :D

My Adele is 181 rn and my dmg is crazy, I'm loving it. I've been spoiled with tera burning so leveling to 200 normally is such a pain, but Adele is my new main so it's worth it :3

For anyone who didn’t know. When u become giant from the runes you can do a super jump by pressing up and then jumping. That way u don’t need to climb ladders/ropes like a scrub.

Legion, Links, and as experienced player knows how to fund himself easier, more connections to get carries for equips, etc.

also...since you made the guide, can you tell me, adele is a character that can like...combo and go face to face? or just to chill while your swords make all the work for you?
For my experience since I'm also a beginner, I go for Adele first. Then got the Mega Booster at lvl 120 and apply it to 2nd char, Mercedes. Then got the Mega Booster at lvl 140 and apply it to 3rd char, Aran. I did it since their link skill helps a lot.
Adele is awesome got to 200 yesterday. Too bad the chat box fills up with “Aether Crystal expired” 😭

Another Question! SO on the map there are yellow dots to point out each places but there are few that has a star. Whenever i go to places with the star I can only do 1 attack damage to the enemies. How do I damage the enemies with thousands of damages?

i hopped over to the reboot server with adele and man no link skills or anything is rough but adele is still strong so it evens out a bit.
First main coming back to the game and it's honestly pretty fun. Just leveling much slower and gathering some mesos to buy better equipment from AH. It's pretty slow but I definitely feel like I'm making progress.

How is his Adele that strong? Is it because of all the links and legion he has on his acc? I am at aliens and only around 200K while when he was there, he was at 700K.
smmshoe yeah, but I’m playing my Adele too and I’m on reboot so idk if that’s why? I went back to the video and saw that he already had absolab stuff at the point of Aliens so I’m guessing that’s probably another reason too
Most link skills that I use are level 2, and I have a bunch of legion. All the gear I have is epic but usually with 9% strength or more.

Who misses the good ole days where being a warrior, mage, thief/pirate and bowman actually made you feel unique? How being that warrior ment having that high hp and devastating melee blows. How being that mage gave you that unique ability to cast distant magic attacks and teleport through stuff. How being a thief or pirate gave you that great feel of speed and mobility. And how being that archer gave you those long ranged attacks, crit rate and summons. Nowadays almost all classes are pretty damn similar. There is no sense of uniqueness anymore. Most classes can easily achieve max crit rate, max speed and most have a sort of flash jump ability that was once unique to thief's only. And also how this game is more like Linestory now since most classes dish out a ridiculous amount of lines. R.I.P Maplestory... the real Maplestory.
Yeah, she's a bit strong, but I also fear for the nerfs. I hope she doesn't become another Aran.

Play reboot. It's about 3 days of grinding to reach 200. I only use the free 2x coupons.
