I watched AC's review of Oud Al Layl last year and he was rather enamoured with it as well. Awesome watching your reactions Barry. A quadruple win this one.
New subscriber, can't believe I've not come across your chanel before? Nice to watch and listen to a fellow Midlander👍🏻 If you like Creed green Irish tweed try rasasi egra. One of the best clones in my humble opinion and cheap too!!😉
I've always wanted to try Al Rehab Choco musk, I think I'd prefer the oil version for myself. Luckily you've been given recommendations that are to your liking. I've been curious to try Soft, Sultan, and Dalal by Al Rehab. Thank-you for sharing your new fragrances. 😉
Al Rehab is a whopper inexpensive house. Lord is great in the Lapidus vein, Superman is a great spicy frag a la Jacomo, Sultan al Oud is an amazing warm and resinous oud.
I didn’t get time to comment on this earlier Baz. I had it on in the background whilst doing some paperwork. They all sound like winners and ones I would like. I’m gonna have to fall down this hole with you mate 👍🏻
No worries mate, I know how it is, I struggle to keep up especially with everything else that’s going on, need to find time to record a few more videos.👍🏻🙏🏻
I am using Daarej for a while now. In fact, I am half way thru' the juice. Beautiful bottle, beautiful color, excellent scent which is very close to Valentino V (I'd say this smells even better). Sad part of the story - does not last on my skin for more than a few minutes. Pathetic projection. Zero sillage. Shall I buy it again? Yes, I will. Just for the outstanding smell of it and at that price point this can be a very 'personal space' kind of a fragrance to enjoy with yourself. x
@@Scentualise - I would rather say Armaf products (Tres Nuit and CDNI) lasts longer on my skin. Surely not as good as a well constructed juice like Dareej but, lasts way longer. This is my take. I guess depends on skin type, pH balance and a lot of factors.
The presentation and quality of the Arabyiat Oud Al Layl is excellent...BUT. If someone doesn't absolutely love Rose, I'd say to stay away from it. Yes, the opening is MAGNIFICENT. Unfortunately, to me and on my skin, that gorgeous opening soon turns to straight up Citronella. And the Citronella hangs around forever... About three hours. It fortunately dries completely down to a decent Peach/Wood/Amber scent, but the Rose that the Citronella turned into is pretty overpowering. It's allegedly a masculine fragrance... But no one could prove that by me. However... If someone REALLY LOVES Rose, I'd go as far as saying that this one is unmatchable.
@@Scentualise love it, I have nothing like it in my collection, it was a blind buy, but I can’t wait to give it some wearing. I also got Swiss Arabian Shawq, it’s great too, a pineapple bomb and a total cheapie on Notino.

Always great when you like them all mate that Oud Al Layl sounds like a bargain I was watching Nixon list his top most complimented ones would be good to see you rate your Arabian collection maybe as a top 10 👍🏻
Bostin' choices. I personally prefer the original Najdia to the Oud Najdia. I agree with you, it's very similar but with a touch more deepness. Invictus mixed with a little Azzaro Wanted by Night I'd say. Daarej is lovely but I get nose blind to it very quickly. Initially, I thought it hadn't got much performance but I was wrong. It performs very well. Wonder if other people get anosmic to it?
I have 2.5 of those! Daarej is great. When I first received it I couldn't smell a thing, and it's still not a powerhouse, but it's lovely. Oud Najdia is just a little different to Najdia. I'm not sure you'd need both - I was a tad disappointed as to how similar they were, but over time it develops slightly. Choco Musk....this is where the .5 comes in - I have the roll on oil and it's beastly! The Al Layl sounds great. Arabian Wood is a lovely fragrance, so if it smells like that it will be a winner.
Someone else has put that they go anosmic to Daarej, I certainly don’t, lasts ages. You are probably right re Najdia, to me one is invictus and the other is invictus acqua. Choco Musk well surprised me. Al Layl is amazing, love it😍
