I wish nothing but hardship for each Labour MP at the conference. This party is a disaster, Kier Starmer is a disgrace. Single occupancy tax isn’t just going to impact the elderly, it affects any single person.

Our MP is already receiving a lot of negative flack, which he could have avoided if only he had supported the pensioners in his constituency,
If the single persons discount is removed l will not survive and l have a Pension, just £4 a week over the Pension Credit Limit. I cannot find an extra £50 a month, this will be the amount l will have to find. London, l understand, has quite low Council Tax, other parts of the country have high Council Taxes, including where l live. Also the free travel passes are issued at 60 in London, other parts of the country are 67! I am sick of hearing about this, based on London. London is not the whole of the country.
Parts of London have lower c tax, as they have less old poeple, my local area cornwall 66% of council tax goes on socal care and housing benefit for the old.
The process for national governance needs to change, the old parties have no answers

This will turn back into victorian england. No below basic pensioner can afford to be warm and eat. Being disabled and old is the same as having a terminal disease if you cant keep warm or eat . Apparently it is a 9 week wait to SEE if you are elligible for the pension CREDITS and you have to be on Pension CREDITS to be able to ASK for the winter fuel payments. So no one who isnt on pension credits already, will be able to get the payment to allow them to be warm over the winter. Almost everyone will be worse off after the pension rise in APRIL because of the cost of living. So this 1st winter will be the first winter of suffering and more to come. If one wanted to see the country brought to its knees , one would never have dreamt it would be the kings own prime minister who made it happen.
The limit for pensions credit is 218 a week, over that and you ain't getting it

We need to protest the "new boss, same as the old boss" system of 2 party politics.
The impact assessment would have declared how many people will die because of the cut in money. The labour party's contempt by hiding the report away makes every one of them that did not oppose this complicit in the unlawful premeditated killing of members of the public.
What a legacy starmer is going to leave the labour party. We will remember .

With electric rising next month, pension credit nigh on impossible to attain, along with pensioners being forced into paying tax ,and no winter fuel payment, which is going to be means tested,
how do you measure MPs means test to give them huge payments.
My own view is Starman isnt good enough for this job
